By using Aivra’s services, website, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us” refers to Aivra.
- “Client”, “You” refers to any user or business using our services.
- “Services” refers to AI automation, chatbot development, website development, HR automation, invoice automation, calling solutions, email marketing, and other related services.
2. Service Agreement
- All services are provided based on the requirements shared by the client.
- Project timelines may vary depending on complexity, revisions, and client response time.
- Aivra reserves the right to accept or decline any project.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed project package.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Delayed payments may pause ongoing services.
4. Revisions
- Each service includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the package.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must:
- Provide accurate project details
- Respond to queries on time
- Not use Aivra’s services for illegal activities
- Maintain confidentiality of shared access (admin login, API keys, etc.)
6. Intellectual Property
- All project files are delivered after full payment.
- Code, workflows, and automation logic may include components owned by Aivra.
- Redistribution or resale is not allowed unless clearly mentioned.
7. Refund & Cancellation
- All digital services are non-refundable once work has started.
- Full refund is possible only if no work has been initiated.
- For cancellations, clients must notify us via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aivra is not responsible for:
- Losses caused by misuse of the service
- Errors caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp API, hosting, CRM tools, etc.)
- Business losses due to automation setup issues or misuse
- Downtime caused by external service providers
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian Law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, India.
