A. Usage Guidelines

Clients must:

  • Use Aivra solutions ethically
  • Not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted data
  • Maintain secure login credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our systems

B. Communication Policy

  • Support is available via email, WhatsApp, or call during business hours
  • Urgent issues should be reported via WhatsApp or call

C. Data Safety Policy

  • Client data is confidential
  • No data is shared without permission
  • Backups are taken periodically

D. AI Usage Policy

  • AI tools must not be used for harmful or misleading purposes
  • Automation should follow legal and platform-compliance rules (WhatsApp API, email regulations)

E. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

  • Send spam emails/SMS
  • Engage in abusive or illegal automation
  • Impersonate brands without permission
  • Use tools for harassment or fraud

Aivra reserves the right to suspend service if violations occur.
