A. Usage Guidelines
Clients must:
- Use Aivra solutions ethically
- Not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted data
- Maintain secure login credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
B. Communication Policy
- Support is available via email, WhatsApp, or call during business hours
- Urgent issues should be reported via WhatsApp or call
C. Data Safety Policy
- Client data is confidential
- No data is shared without permission
- Backups are taken periodically
D. AI Usage Policy
- AI tools must not be used for harmful or misleading purposes
- Automation should follow legal and platform-compliance rules (WhatsApp API, email regulations)
E. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
- Send spam emails/SMS
- Engage in abusive or illegal automation
- Impersonate brands without permission
- Use tools for harassment or fraud
Aivra reserves the right to suspend service if violations occur.
